Well as mentioned yesterday, I have a whole host of bankers on my new server. As soon as I started making money from mining on my paladin money started going towards bags for bank alts.
Here is a full breakdown of my characters on this new server
Paladin main
Trade Skills = Mining/JC
DK
Trade Skills = Herb/Insc
Herb bank
Sarainy
Trade Skills = Ench/Tailor
Enchanting bank
Waiting on transfer
Druid
Trade Skills = Skin/LW
Skinning/LW bank
To be leveled after paladin and DK, low priority
Bank 1 : Mining
Bank 2: Cloth
Bank 3 : JC
Bank 4: JC
Bank 5: Glyphs
Bank 6: Glyphs
Each now has full 16 slot bags in all 4 slots and a small amount of gold for mailing. In hindsight my splurge on bags for bank alts has slowed down my money making potential – I should have taken more advantage of using the mail box for storage.
This is my non-existant OCD tendencies kicking in and making me sort exactly where everything goes at all time. Is this overkill to most people?!

Overkill, not at all. I have three alts that do nothing but post glyphs. My main banker is Tailoring/Enchanting with a 6-tab guild bank, and two of main crafters haven't left town in months. It's not unusual to half your account dedicated to just processing AH materials.
All of my ore and herbs are stored in the mailbox. Most gems are stored in the mailbox, as is my disenchanting backlog. Enchanting mats are stored in the AH (no list fee). I store cloth and leather on storage alts rather than flooding out the guild bank.
I'd make all the bankers at least level 10 so they can be restored if something goes wrong. Level 1 characters can't be recovered.
Blog looks good.
@Zamboni – I've always been reluctent to store materials in the mailbox, does it not make it near impossible to track exactly what you have?
Agreed about making them at least level 10 so they get backed up and added to the armory, thanks for the reminder!
@Gasp – Thank you :)
OMG. under level characters cannot be restored? I better get onto that quick. I have a 2 level 1 glyph bankers with 3000 glyphs between them and a level 1 normal bank char with 10K gold and 10K worth of inventory.
Time to do some levelling. Thanks for the tip and great blog, I am enjoying the catch up :)

Unfortuantely not, any character under level 10 cannot be restored. Nor are they visible on the armoury or eligible for character transfer.
